amazing property amazing well maintained amazing staff . BEST SERVICE AND BEST EXPERIENCE BETTER THAN FOREIGN TRIP. They Celebrated our 30th Anniversary and even packed our breakfast as we had early flight. Loyyeds cottage is Best rooms in Mayfair Hotel

We stayed at Mayfair for 2 nights and although the hotel is very pretty with easy accessibility to the Mall Road which is hardly 10 mins walk from there the rooms are not that great. We had booked Orchid villa and Lyod’s cottage in which the orchid villa on first door had a very low ceiling and although there was a balcony it had no views with construction visible just outside. Lyod’s cottage had views but other Mayfair properties have far better rooms. The staff was not very helpful as they were not aware which room had two beds and which had one which led us to move from one room to another with our luggage. The food was also average as we tried both their breakfast and dinner buffet and the items were very limited. We did get one dish as we did not like the buffet menu. The high tea is very good and one should not miss that.

Amazing hotel! Very polite, professional, friendly staff. Lots of entertainment and facilities to relax Food was very good with big selection of dishes for breakfast, snacks and dinner Beautiful ambience and design with great views out over Darjeerling hills. Location ideal for tour pickup and walking into Mall area.

Outstanding property with amazingly motivated staff , well maintained swanky British heritage interiors , international class facilities and great proximity to mall plus kanchanjangha view point. It’s the only choice for me at darjeeling. Mayfair darjeeling is definitely amongst the top ten properties in india. Kudos to the team led by GM Sabyasachi Mohanty who is a very experience man and well regarded hotelier nationwide. Special mention for Bhuban , Praveen , Ankita , Poonam , Srijana, Dipika , Aleena and Sunita. Keep up the good work. See you soon.
